A lot of my kid's friends call me Mummy Kim. I often give out recipes to them, nothing special about any of them as I don't claim to be a great cook.. on the contrary, I just try to produce good food the easiest way how! Having a very busy household over the years with four children & their friends, I favour one pot dishes, easy to feed lots of mouths. I thought it might be useful to share some of our favourites online, really so my kids and their friends can access them but you might like them too!
